Bamzi Banchiri

Bamzi uses her extensive non-profit sector and communications experience to manage projects across the African continent, having done work in Kenya, Nigeria, Ghana and the United States. Before joining Decodis, Bamzi worked with CGAP on the Social Norms Diagnostic Co-Lab, where she looked into social norms and how their role in shaping women’s financial inclusion opportunities are similar or different across geographical segments.

Bamzi holds a Master's Degree from The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy (Tufts University). She is currently based in Nairobi, Kenya.
