He has successfully led multi-country research engagements for global clients such as USAID, Johns Hopkins University, Prudential Financial, Wikipedia, GSMA, and the World Bank, generating over €2M in revenue. Proficient in quantitative and qualitative research approaches, with extensive expertise in requirements analysis, process improvement, and addressing complex business and social challenges through innovative solutions and collaboration.

Elorm holds an MBA from top global business schools, Esade and McGill. He is currently based in Accra, Ghana.
