Nicki sees to the financial, compliance and operation needs of our company. A natural problem-solver, she keeps the team moving by implementing productivity tools, overseeing vendor contracts and keeping our finances in check. Before joining Decodis, Nicki worked in a US law firm managing the business operations and overseeing its corporate conversion process. She has also been an entrepreneur during her 3 years living in Bangalore, India.

Nicki holds a Bachelor's Degree in English from The Ohio State University. She is currently based in California, USA.
